The conference programme will be as follows:
Registration: It will be open since Monday morning July 10th
Monday July 10th. Presentations and poster exhibition. Lunch and coffee breaks
Monday July 10th. Welcome cocktail in the evening
Tuesday July 11th. Presentation along the morning plus lunch and coffee break
Tuesday July 11th. Social tour after lunch
Tuesday July 11th. Conference gala dinner
Wednesday July 12th. Presentations. Lunch and coffee breaks. It is initially planned to finish the conference by lunch time, but if demanded by a large number of attendees, presentation can be extended to the afternoon
Final programme with allocated time for presentation will be published after closing the manuscript reception
The presentations should be prepared in PPT, PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint). Authors are requested to upload and check their presentations before their scheduled talks. The conference staff will be ready to help you with uploading and checking procedure. The preferred option is to bring your presentation on a USB drive. Guidelines for the presentation preparation are mainly clearness and good readability from distance.
Plan your presentation length to fit the time slot and leave about 5 minutes for discussion.
